This is one PAIR of NEW axle pegs. They are in the factory package. The brand is BLACK OPS.
One end of an axle  peg will screw on the end of a 3/8" diameter axle that has 26 threads per inch like the rear axles on most BMX bicycles that have a freewheel.  Many BMX bicycles have the 3/8" diameter 26 threads per inch axle on the front wheel, so it will screw on that axle also.  The other end will screw on the end of a 3/8" diameter axle that has 24 threads per inch like the rear axle in almost all coaster brake bicycles.  They will not screw on the smaller  5/16" diameter front axles that are on many lower priced bicycles.  Be sure that your axle has enough threads on the end to screw into the peg far enough to hold it good.
It is not safe to use axle pegs, and you could get seriously injured.
Some (very few) new bicycles have 14 mm diameter front and rear axles, and these pegs will not fit those axles.  If you are not sure if you have a 3/8 diameter axle or a 14 mm diameter axle, you can easily measure it.  Close the jaws of an adjustable wrench on the axle, then measure the distance between the jaws.  14 mm is a little more than one-half inch.
The length of each of these axle pegs is  2 15/16 (almost 3").  The diameter is 1".  They are made of aluminum alloy.  The color is silver, which is the natural color of the alloy.
