Elfin Colson Bike Badge Headtube Emblem Acid Etched Brass

Description

Here we have a Elfin Bike Badge by Colson Bicycle Co.  It has been deep acid etched in brass and color enamel back filled.  It measures 2 1/4" from top to bottom, and the mounting holes are from side to side. Measuring center to center of the mounting holes is 2 7/8 inches. I believe these were used in the 1930's - 1950's, but I am not an authority on this stuff, I just make them, so do your research.
