INGO BikE REAR FENDER REPRODUCTION for Steel Frame Model

Offering a reproduction Rear Fender for the Ingo Bike.
This Ingo Bike replacement Rear Fender is made of reinforced fiberglass. An original Ingo bike rear fender in good condition was used to make the mold, Starting with two layers of fiberglass gel in the mold, then two layers of fiberglass fabric and gel and then three + layers of fiberglass gel.  Next is the primer coat inside and out.  The fender is ready for painting.  This fiberglass is not for applying Powder Coating, because of the high temperature required to apply the Powder Coat.  The fender braces are steel.  The braces should be painted the same color as the fender.  All the Ingo’s I’ve seen had the fender braces painted the same as the fender.  Hardware included to assemble fender braces to the fender. Also included is the front support "J" bracket. Since the fiberglass is not as strong as steel, I’ve inserted a small piece of metal in between the fiberglass fabric layers to reinforce each of the holes. There are two style Ingo Bikes. This listing is for the Steel Frame Model. The fender is the same for both frames with the exception of the fender braces. The rear braces are the same.
