New in box Lucas cyclometer for 26" wheel NOT all original

Description

Lucas 26" cyclometer, new with original box.  Instructions are original but very delicate and on thin paper.  The main unit is at "0" and the star-shaped counting wheel turns smoothly.  The mounting bracket and spoke pin do NOT look original, the bracket is stamped "Japan", but it fits and looks like it will work.  Box has a tear, see photos.  Sold "AS IS".
