Nikon Action 8 VN-900 camcorder with accessories; untested as is

The clean out of Dad's closet continues.
Here is an old Nikon VN-900 camera and accessories.  This is for someone who knows what they are doing and what equipment they need (or need to fix).  This is not for the casual videographer. I could not confirm operation of the unit or that all needed parts are present. I really just want to get this to someone rather than tossing in the trash. As such; where is, as is.  Yes, that old Olympus 35 mm is going along for the ride.
