FOUND IN A BOX OF OLD BICYCLE PARTS BUT UNSURE OF ORIGINAL APPLICATION, there may be parts missing that we are not aware of *** lens are plastic, body of assembly is plastic, pin is steel *** PLASTIC PARTS HAVE LIGHT SCRATCHES *** STEEL PIN IS RUSTED, DIRTY, PITTED *** the plastic body will rotate around the steel shaft but there is too much drag to rotate by wind power, may be designed to rotate as the pin rotates *** THE 3 HEADS MEASURE 1 1/16" DIAMETER OVERALL ACROSS THE FACES ***  the entire assembly will fit into a 3" diameter *** THE 3 LENS ARE MARKED "STIMSONITE"
