Vintage Bicycle Mirror,with reflector

This bicycle mirror is being offered in used condition and sold as is. The mirror itself is 3 3/4" in diameter with a 2" yellow plastic reflector.There is no mounting bracket. The mounting rod is 5/16" in diameter 7 1/2" long,with a 1/8" hole in the end. The mirror is reasonably clear,but the metal has some rust. This should be visible in my photos.
