Vintage Excello Ceramic Divided Baby/Child Warming Plate/Dish Boy and Girl 1948.  This dish has lots of crazing and what looks like the start of two cracks that didn't go all the way through.  It's pretty old and I would expect some damage.  Look at the pictures carefully so you know what you're buying and do not expect something in perfect condition but in older vintage condition. What you see in the pictures is what you'll get I couldn't get every flaw but the pictures should give you the idea.  It's also missing the thing that goes in the hole.
