Vintage Oxford (Japan) Chrome Bicycle / Bike Lamp / Light with Mount & Wiring

Please see pics, although it's tough to take pics of shiny chrome.
I don't believe this was ever used, but I don't have a box for it. It is very clean...but not tested.
There is a small area of very light scuffing in chrome that is noticeable under certain lighting/angle.
I only ship to U.S. and Canada because of crazy shipping rates and the EBay fees charged for shipping.
Feel free to ask questions and/or for more photos; I can try to get the right angle on the chrome. I also have another old bike lamp that I am listing (and will combine shipping if someone wants both).
