This is a vintage 1972 item. It is pre-owned & in very good condition for its age. There are NO rips, tears, or holes. But it does have some discoloration from age. It spins freely on the center grommet. It is made of a glossy lightweight cardboard. Approximately 8 3/8” in diameter.
